The Keane Center for Adoption was founded in 1989 by the late Noel P. Keane. Noel brought a spirit of innovation and direct service to the agency that was based on his own ideals of helping families to grow.

Christine Brail has managed the agency since day one and she became the owner of the agency in 1992. She is actively involved in each case and will handle your adoption personally.

Christine has a Master’s Degree in Social Worker and she is an adoptive parent. Her husband is Herbert A. Brail, an experienced adoption attorney.

Other staff are located in eastern and western Michigan to provide you with close, professional service.
